What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to pay for goods or services later. You simply pay for your purchase in four interest-free instalments, which are due every two weeks. One of the main benefits of the service is that there is nothing extra to pay — the payments are completely interest-free and you’ll never have additional fees as long as you pay your instalments on time. It is also possible to receive instant approval on decisions — there are no long forms to fill out, and you’ll know if you’re approved for your purchase instantly.
Why use the service?
The service is very convenient and easy to use, plus it allows you to receive the dental care you need without having to delay important treatments. If you are suffering from an oral health issue, it is always best to have it resolved as early as possible. This helps to maintain your oral health in the long term, and often also prevents the need for more complicated and expensive procedures down the line.
What can I use it for?
At Beenleigh Marketplace Dental, we accept Afterpay on all of our services. This includes general dentistry like check-ups and cleans, fillings and oral cancer screenings; cosmetic treatments like teeth whitening and veneers; and restorative dentistry like root canal treatment, crowns and bridges, wisdom tooth removal, dental implants and dentures.
What other payment options are available?
At Beenleigh Marketplace Dental, we offer a number of payment options, including ZipMoney plans. ZipMoney plans allow our patients to pay off their purchases before the end of the interest-free period. We also have a HICAPS terminal, which is linked to over 46 private health funds. This means that you can claim your benefits instantly when you swipe your health fund card, and all you pay is the difference between our charged fee and the health fund benefit on the day of treatment. We are also a health fund provider for BUPA, CBHS, TUH, HCF and smile.com.
At Beenleigh Marketplace Dental, we support the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), which allows eligible children access to a range of dental services. These services include fillings, fissure sealants, check-ups, some x-rays, root canal treatment, extractions, and partial dentures. If you’re not sure whether or not your child is eligible for the CDBS, chat to our team when you next come in and see us.
We also bulk bill Department of Veteran Affair card holders for most dental treatments. We claim directly from DVA so you don’t have to pay upfront when you come in for a procedure.
